We found Deb to be very patient with us, as we had visited a number of homes prior to purchasing our final choice. When our final choice was made, Deb was the agent on hand to help us through the process. She was very efficient and liased professionally between ourselves and the vendor to ensure that the purchase of the home was successful. Deb was also great at explaining terms, conditions and all of the other house purchasing jargon. Likewise, she liaised with our solicitor professionally as well and we appreciated the fact that Deb maintained contact with us throughout the purchasing process. Deb was always available to answer any questions we had and was always very pleasant and has a lovely, friendly disposition.
