Tony and Anne are one of the most knowledgeable and high performing Real Estate Agents we believe in the southern Horowhenua area. We have known Tony for a number of years as he was often selling holiday houses around our bach at Waikawa Beach while we have owned it. He is a mine of local information about the areas he sells in and can readily locate a local builder for a formal Builder's Report if requested by a possible buyer or provide information and likely local costs on many building questions raised. The help and guidance they gave us made the whole process easy and they were always available to answer any questions that we had. Everything ran very smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Tony and Anne put in the extra time and commitment required to achieve a sale of our holiday house in only three weeks from our first open home. We regard this as exceptionally fast in the current slow market. The price achieved was also very satisfactory. Thanks again Tony and Anne, you have excelled in a difficult housing sales market. I found Tony to be friendly, sincere, cooperative and very knowledgeable. He answered a query I had even though it was outside office hours at the weekend. He made time to meet me at the property so I could check some measurements for furniture etc. I believe he went the extra mile for me.
