We met shortly after when we discussed the way property sales were handled, what the issues and responsibilities of each of us were, and how these were programmed. It was agreed we could work together on the sale of my property. From then on we met regularly. Natalie was very experienced, being helpful, encouraging and able to answer anything I asked. Her patience and efficiency were very appreciated, as were her visits after each open home to bring us up to date with progress and discuss comments offered by potential buyers. I was impressed with Natalie's suggestions about preparing the house and property for sale, the photographs used in the advertising were splendid. We were delighted and impressed with every aspect of our experience with Natalie, which I recount whenever asked about how I feel about everything involved with selling and re settling elsewhere. We made contact with Natalie from viewing a TradeMe add. She was very helpful in arranging a time we could view the property, and again worked around us when we wanted to do a builders inspection. There were a few issues with the house from the inspection, and Natalie worked hard to get both parties a fair deal. Once the deal was done, Natalie was very helpful as we worked to find a tenant for the house. During the process her communication was excellent All round, working with Natalie was a great experience
