Tony was not the first agent to deal with the sale of this property. He was not my choice but in spite of this he worked in a professional manner and obtained the result that was required. He had to deal with a very difficult situation not usually when selling a property. The other party in this sale is a complete idiot and Tony worked with him to get the best result although through the idiot we had lost over $400,000 on the sale.
