Angela went over and above with assisting my sister find the right property and myself who was helping. I traveled from Auckland and my sister from the lower parts of the South Island to search for the right property as we wanted to find the most suitable property for my sister in a short period of time. This was mainly as we were paying for accommodation and car hire and did not want to be in Wellington for weeks. We were given good assistance from staff at Harcourts Wellington, but we decided to try the Kapiti Coast at the end of the week. The Koromiko property was one we intended to look at as well as others. We were referred to the Waikanae Harcouts and there we met Angela. Angela was a massive help to my sister and I, as she went far above what I would deem a Real Estate agent is required to do. As we were visitors and didn't know the area at all, Angela was very happy to show us properties and be our guide on her day off. On the Sunday Angela drove us to several properties to look at, which included Paraparaumu, Otaki and Waikanae. She also drove us and showed us the beautiful places in the area, giving us a good overview of what there is to offer. A number of boxes were ticked for my sister with the Koromiko property, including the closeness to the main train line to Wellington. I find Angela to be very caring, giving and genuine and enjoyed the time we spent with her. I would definitely say success with my sister deciding on this property is contributed greatly from Angela's assistance on her day off. I would definitely recommend her to others who are seeking properties in the area. I believe Angela is a great asset to Harcourts.
