Wendy recently sold me a property in Opotiki. This has been a smooth process. Wendy had sold me two properties in the past and so we were reconnecting. It is always easier when you work with people you know. As with the first sale Wendy showed her flexibility and ability to be accommodating making things work for both the client and the vendor. In this case we had to work around a tenant who was staying on and Wendy was able to ensure that this all worked out.
