I have been very happy with Wendy and her team, all very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble and you only had to text the office to get answers to your question. Our home was well advertised and the open home went extremely well with those who were interested followed up within a few days. I would highly recommend Wendy and Harcourt’s Opotiki to anyone.

Both Andy and I found this to be a very pleasant exercise. Wendy was very honest during the viewing of the property and she pointed out to us all that we needed to see even when things needed attention. We have not done anything like this in the last 40 years so we were a little nervous. Wendy I think realised this and gave us plenty of support.

My experiences with agents have never been something to write about. It was great to work with Erin and Barry. Their overall no stress approach to selling property is exactly what I needed. They showcased lots of places and worked to my manage my expectations. Erin really went above and beyond, showing a property when I couldn’t make it. She videoed the property and made comments like if I was there. That would have taken her heaps of time yet didn’t put any pressure for me to come up with an offer when I was unsure. Always professional and great guides when I wasn’t sure what to do. I loved the no-nonsense approach to property purchase. Truly a fab team and you won’t go wrong by putting your trust in them.
