Wendy was fantastic to deal with, right from the initial query, through to our visit onsite and going out of her way to accommodate us over the weekend and at short notice. Her knowledge of the local market is first rate and there was no pressure at all from a sales perspective, she left us to look at the house in our own time. Also having knowledge on the rental market and AirBnB market was really valuable for us being from outside of the area. The other thing I really liked is that she worked well for the vendor, which I always like to see as often agents can try and get a sale and drive the price down to get the sale, but Wendy was professional, and she represented the vendor well.
