It was easy to trust Steve when trying to make good sound decisions along the journey of selling my house. Steve was prompt with getting tasks done, gave an over view of facts and spoke from experience not just grabbing at potential sales. I felt that he genuinely cared about everyone involved and kept seeking win / win situations for us all, I really liked that about Steve.

He worked hard to find appropriate buyers for the house. He was happy to hold open houses and allow prospective buyers to view the property. The market is down overall and that influenced the final sale price.

Steve was great to deal with throughout the whole process from start to finish. As first home buyers, we had plenty of questions and he was always patient, approachable, and happy to help.
