Diego, Teide and their team are hard working, professional, knowledgeable, and their communication was excellent. From our first meeting with Diego and Teide, we knew we were in safe hands and could trust them to deliver us a good result in a challenging market.

Having Diego sell our property was the best decision we could have made. We found him to be honest ,realistic and definitely has his finger on the pulse when it comes to Auckland real estate I don't usually write reviews but I know how hard it is to find the right agent and hope this review helps others. Forget the rest and call Diego you wont be disappointed.

Diego and the team were relentless in the pursuit to sell our house. In a very tough market they never let up, and kept us informed the whole way. Came away with a great result, Diego was excellent in negotiations. Will be using Team Diego for our next sale!

Before we decided to sell the property, we met up with several agents and decided to go with Team Diego. The first time I met Diego, he shows all the information that we needed and the marketing plan offered was exactly what we want. During the process, he showed great communication with us through weekly feedback from any potential buyers, offers, open homes, etc. He gave us a modified marketing plan when the market changed. I strongly recommend Team Diego to any vendors.

From the first open home Steve made sure we felt at ease and knew what our next steps were in purchasing the home we decided was to be our first purchase together. From going putting out minds at ease with the multi-offer to being the chosen bidder and negotiating final price right up to settlement, we knew Steve was available and on hand to make sure it was a seamless process.

Diego and Hongyan from Team Diego are a pleasure to deal with. They are highly professional, knowledgeable and responsive: nothing is a problem and their attention to detail is first class. They showed a good understanding of buyers intentions and were able to run a good campaign which generated three offers and a confirmed sale within a few weeks. The process was very well managed and I would definitely use Team Diego again. Highly recommended!

Mustapha was our selling agent, from the first meeting he was upfront regarding the property market. We discussed our property in depth and expectations on price. He was honest in his approach with what he could do in getting what we were after. Communication was never a problem, neither was explaining the processes at every step, he was always available, reliable and in the end was successful in securing a buyer. Great outcome all round. Mustapha is an agent I highly recommend.

Our expectations of the ideal sales agent aren’t data / linear based but rather to do with careful, open and honest communication. ✔️ Mustapha’s unbiased integrity ✔️ meant a lot to us because his balanced approach has added fairness, confidence and enduring satisfaction to all parties ✔️ Clearly his sales experience, his great interaction with his clients, his knowledge of the market and the confidence his buyers have in him is without question and speaks volumes of the man Mustapha Abbas.

Mustapha was very kind and gracious during the sale of our house. His tentative skills allowed for a smooth and calm sleeping process. Would recommend to anyone considering buying or selling in the area.

Mustapha was awesome to work with. We interviewed a few different Real Estate Agencies before we decided on Mustapha and Jack as we found them extremely knowledgeable, knew our area well and weren't "yes" men. If Mustapha thought you could do something better he would say so and explain why. Knew his job very well, was totally up with the play, kept us informed and was very happy to answer any questions. Our home sold within 4 weeks and the whole process was stress free. We were very impressed with Mustapha and would happily recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell their home. Thanks Mustapha.

Living in London, we needed to sell our apartment remotely. Diego and team were very communicative and responsive despite the 11 hour time difference. I'm not sure he ever sleeps! Being a buyer's market it did take a little while to find a buyer but Diego was very transparent and advised us on when to change tack and when it might be a good idea to stop trying to sell for a while, but we got there in the end and Diego and team made the process very easy for us.
