It was quite a simple decision to go with Diego, his results speak for themselves. In this difficult market, selling is a challenge so my highest priority was working with an agent who would be able to achieve a sale. Diego and team is number one for a reason from the start of process till the end we never felt pressured in selling we just wanted to get an idea of market and with his expertise and strategies we got to sell the house in 4 weeks time even in tough market where rate of interest is going higher and higher even though we had to cancel auction because there wasn't much interest in the market and at a point we were also scared that we might not be able to sell but then here comes diego's expertise where he and his team worked day and night they even came after hours to do private viewing, going extra mile is just normal for them and the best thing is the entire team is available almost 24×7 they replied to all our queries within minutes and kept us updated throughout the process, no false hopes and no sugar coats but exactly what's happening and what are they doing to improve the selling process.
