U hose to appoint Diego as our agent for one reason. He made contact with us about 8 years earlier and he maintaoned a health professional connection with us over those years without being pushy. No free calendar, no persistant door knocking, and no 'hey, I've got this buyer waiting to buy your house' statement. He was just waiting patiently for us to be ready. He is also a very good listener and respondsed very well to our story, our previous experinces with real estate agents, and then clearly articulates his campaign pitch to suit. I also believe that he is a very good businessman as his staff and sales team were also very professional.
