Outstanding
Diego has been incredibly helpful from day one. After enquiring about a property, Diego recommended us to view the next day due to high demand, and if we had not followed his advice the property would have been sold (the houses in the development sold out by the following week due to high demand) if we were to view the following week we had enquired about, which we are very grateful for. He was able to meet us at 8am the following morning and address all our questions. As we were purchasing a new build, Diego gave regular updates we had over the long process due to Covid 19 delays, he would be back in touch instantly if we were to ever reach out with questions or updates. Always impeccably presented and professional, and able to offer knowledge to address any concerns. Diego showed patience and reassurance with us throughout the process as this was our first home and was a learning process for us. Diego is welcoming and always ready to help. We would highly recommend working with Diego and have every confidence in his abilities.

A pleasant and professional experience selling our house with Diego and his team
We engaged Diego and his team to market and sell our West Harbour property over the period Nov – Dec 2020. Due to our location we sold remotely. At the beginning of our campaign, Diego provided realistic (anticipated) sale figures and guided us through the various marketing options. Throughout the one month campaign Diego and his team kept us fully informed on interest shown in the property – regularly sending us feedback from prospective buyers and a variety of market sources. Prior to the auction we held a number of video conference meetings with Diego, his team and the auctioneer. Always showing patience with our questions we were guided through the process feeling informed and not under any pressure. A successful campaign resulted in our home being sold within original planned figures. Diego and his team did an outstanding job, they know the area, are patient and realistic in their advice and work well as a team. We have no hesitation in recommending them to market and sell future properties.

Right from the get go, we were impressed with Diego's enthusiasm, energy and efficiency in presenting a compelling case for us to engage in his services (out of a handful of agents we interviewed).
