She kept me well informed, listened carefully to my concerns, and ensured my interests and the presentation of the property were always a priority. One situation that stood out was how thoughtfully Nicole handled a tenant who was initially uncooperative with open homes. She managed this with patience and professionalism, ensuring the tenant felt respected while still protecting my interests and allowing the sales process to continue. Nicole also went above and beyond in practical ways — organising tradespeople, arranging appointments, meeting them at the property, and overseeing work when required. This level of support made a real difference for me as an absentee owner. Having bought and sold several properties over the years and worked with many agents, I can genuinely say the service provided by Team Coldicutt, and especially Nicole, went the extra mile. Kat Tomlinson - an excellent agent. She went above and beyond to respond quickly to emails and phone calls. Her knowledge and experience in the real estate market is fantastic and she exudes a friendly persona. It does not matter if you are the vendor or the purchaser, Kat makes you feel at ease. Her open homes are presented well with signage visible to the public. The brochures are handed to prospective buyers and you are welcome to walk around and ask questions. I attended an open home viewing and was present when people started asking alot of questions regarding the auction being brought forward. Kat's professionalism was outstanding and her ability to navigate each question with a satisfactory answer was commendable. I highly recommend Team Coldicutt for your next selling experience.
