We really enjoyed the sale journey with Brayden & his team. From the initial introductions & appraisal to the sold sign going up we had every confidence in the process. We were regularly updated & appreciated Brayden’s market expertise & experience. He responds promptly to messages & was always available to answer our questions. The Harcourts brand & networks are another advantage. We were also impressed with Brayden’s genuine contribution to the local community with his support of a number of organisations & fundraising initiatives. We would have no hesitation in recommending Brayden & his team and would use him again.

Thank you Brayden and team for all your support and work selling our rental property. I was aware that it possibly would not be an easy house to sell but Brayden was always upbeat and confident and made the process easy for myself and my family. Brayden is very knowledgeable about the market and I relied on his good advice. The whole team I found to be professional and easy to talk to and nothing seemed too much trouble. The house sold relatively quickly mainly due to Brayden’s following up on interested parties. I always felt well informed about what was happening. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Harcourts to anyone buying or selling 😊
