Brayden knows his market so well and his ability to explain the selling process is outstanding. Brayden was always punctual with appointment times and visits. Gives regular feedback and keeps client informed of progress. Calls regularly to check if I am okay or need to know anything. Very generous with time - I know he is a busy man and I can see why. Kat became my agent after my initial agent was on leave. She was a perfect person for my cottage which is relatively unique with issues which I saw as positive but buyers often resisted.
