Nothing but professionalism and friendly service from Brayden.... and always with a smile. We were kept up to date with regular progress reports and advice on where the market was at. Fantastic to deal with - thank you Brayden.

Brayden and his team got the job done in what is a tricky market. He made time initially to visit ASAP to get the house on the market when other agents wouldn't come round for a week or two in what was a time pressure situation for us. He always made himself available and would be in contact at all times of day. The only niggle with communication was with the wider team and not finding out when open homes were until very late in the week or when I asked (only happened once or twice, certainly not every week). Brayden's price indication was significantly higher than the price we got, but this was the same with other indications too. We're grateful for his information and guidance through this process.

Brayden knows his market so well and his ability to explain the selling process is outstanding. Brayden was always punctual with appointment times and visits. Gives regular feedback and keeps client informed of progress. Calls regularly to check if I am okay or need to know anything. Very generous with time - I know he is a busy man and I can see why. He works hard and obviously puts in long hours to work with his Clients. The world could do with a lot more like him! Thank you, Brayden.

Once again, Brayden never fails to please. I bought my house with Brayden 5 years ago and the experience was so seamless that I chose to ask him to sell my house this year. He is excellent at communicating in a very timely manner and always treats me as if I am his most important client. Nothing is too much trouble. I will definitely recommend him to others looking to buy or sell in the future. Thank-you, Brayden! Another great result.

We worked with Kat to purchase our first home. Kat is professional, has great, to the point communication and knows the current market extremely well. She helped put our minds at ease throughout our conditional and unconditional period by always clarifying certain things in the process we were anxious or unsure of. We have now been living in our own home a week now thanks to Kat's help getting us here.

Kat became my agent after my initial agent was on leave. She was a perfect person for my cottage which is relatively unique with issues which I saw as positive but buyers often resisted. She totally understood my property and I felt we worked together to sell my place. Kat worked very hard / was always disciplined and professional but always supportive .. I trusted her judgement throughout. Thankyou Kat for all the mahi and a fantastic result !!
