We discussed with friends the relevant merits of several Napier agents and Brayden and his team stood out in their experiences and we found they were not wrong Brayden was very business-like at all times as was all the team. Cath showed a genuine interest in our situation and was extremely helpful and brought the final buyers. All the team members had turns doing the open houses and Daniel suggested trying doing a video to show to prospective buyers - a good move. Kat and particularly Rose also held open houses for us. The For Sale signs were excellent. We are now planning moving to a retirement village. Many thanks to the "Coldicutters".

What started out looking like it might be a fairly straight forward sale ended up being a bit more complex with an initial offer falling through. Team Coldicutt were professional and communicated well ensuring that we had a second offer quickly and ultimately a sale at around the price we were after.
