I found Rose to be 100 % totally professional in her total approach to selling my house The thing that stood to me was her no pressure sales pitch during the initial run through the house selling process. This I found to be totally refreshing and gave me so much confidence in the process which can be daunting, but Rose made me feel very comfortable and the process easy to understand. The Commumication before and after open homes was amazing and Rose gave me some good feedback on what is happening in the marketplace. The market is slow, but my house sale was done and dusted in 7 weeks and this includes Christmas Overall, highly recommend Rose Oliver as a top professional salesperson

Rose has been so incredibly patient and understanding with us. She is so kind and warm hearted. Rose goes above and beyond for bother her vendor and her buyers. We have had so many questions about the home buying process in general some of which are advice more than questions real estate agents normally get and she has been so willing to just help with anything. Over the past two months I have had something to do with a lot of real estate agents and Rose has been our favourite and that would be something I would say even if we didn't happen to buy a home that was her listing. I am happy that the home we bought ended up being her listing because she is the real estate agent that was the best with us. If your a first home buyer Rose is the person to go with! If your home is likely going to be sold within the first home buyers (as well as others probably) budget then she is going to bring you so many potential buyers because she is so patient with us and all our many questions.

Rose is a breath of fresh air. Having had the house on the declining market previously, we had faced several challenges. Rose was not phased and readily 'embraced the challenge'. At open homes she ensured there were two agents onsite, both up & downstairs to assist potential buyers. Rose was 100% professional, yet friendly and engaging & remained neutral in a somewhat difficult situation.
