This was the 8th property of ours that Sarah and JK have sold. We would never use anyone else. This rental was a villa divided into three, one-bedroom flats on a cross lease, on a busy road and in need of maintenance -- not an easy sell in this market. But as usual, they rolled their sleeves up and found a wonderful buyer. This team work magic on difficult or unusual properties and they are super people to work with as they really care about people. I would highly recommend them!!!!
