I have had an excellent experience with this team from first interactions with Winnie at open homes and then with Sarah and Julie as they supported me through the offer and purchase process. Communication with all three was excellent and timely, and I was never left waiting or wondering what was going on or where things were at. Sarah is very enthusiastic and I appreciate her bubbliness. Adam Gurr was our Real Estate Agent for an apartment property purchased in the Auckland CBD. He was very professional, did a thorough job and at times went out of has way to make the sale as smooth as possible. This included meeting us on a Saturday morning and also in an evening, that is after travelling 50 km out of Auckland for this to happen. He had done his preparation work for the property and was well conversant with it. He made sure everything was organised to settle prior to us travelling overseas. We would use him again if the need arises and we would highly recommend him to any others.
