Adam Gurr was our Real Estate Agent for an apartment property purchased in the Auckland CBD. He was very professional, did a thorough job and at times went out of has way to make the sale as smooth as possible. This included meeting us on a Saturday morning and also in an evening, that is after travelling 50 km out of Auckland for this to happen. He had done his preparation work for the property and was well conversant with it. He made sure everything was organised to settle prior to us travelling overseas. We would use him again if the need arises and we would highly recommend him to any others.

Prasanna was an incredible agent! He was so personable and genuine it was a privilege to have him as our agent. Having dealt with many agents from a buying and selling perspective Prasanna showcased his genuine passion and heart in property as well as grit and determination to get results fast in a genuine and sincere manner. Selling a house is stressful but right from the get go he made us feel comfortable in explaining how we would sell and setting up a great strategy. Throughout the whole process Prasanna was exceptional in communicating, giving frequent updates on inquiries, post open homes and private viewings. When an offer fell through unexpectedly due to finance Prasanna had a backup offer waiting which he closed at 11pm at night to give us peace and was proactive in working with the potential buyer to understand how they were tracking to completing conditions. Sarah Julie & Sarah were great to deal with always very obliging when we needed to view the property we were interested in outside of open home times, on auction night Sarah Tiplady was there to hold our hands as we’re quite nervous as we really wanted the property. We went through a little negotiation but in end purchased the property and were very happy at then end if it all! Now we can’t wait to move in and make the place our own!
