Graham was very patient with us and diligent in his follow-ups regarding the property, even though initially it may have appeared that we were tyre kickers. He was able to get us access to the property for viewings at times that suited and was open and honest in his approach to the sale, keeping us fully informed as to where things were in the process (it was a multiple offer situation). Graham knows the difficult rural Tasman market and got the deal done to the satisfaction of both parties, which says a lot about his approach. If you want an agent that goes the extra mile for his clients then Graham is totally worth a shot and comes highly recommended.
