Her advice was supported by recent sales and statistics for our area and her extensive experience. Nicola answered all our questions and at no stage did we feel under any sales pressure. From the time we listed with Nicola, her professionalism shone through as she took total ownership of the sales process. Her instructions as to what we were required to complete in the form of reports and legalities were very clearly set out.
