Due to difficult Family Court issues, I was feeling urgency and this house fitted our needs perfectly. I am a cash buyer and a builder/developer with long experience of this market, a tendency to move fast, with this becoming a rental within the family. Graham was very professional, helpful and quite pedantic, with good communication and negotiation skills, clearly feeling pushed by my ease with the short timescale and casual wiping of conditions. It is different in Auckland. Thank you for facilitating this sale, settled 3 weeks and one day after first viewing, including a bank loan. The property was left in very good condition by the vendor.

Graham was the agent for a property we bought in Motueka area. We were not from the area so after viewing the property once we were dealing with him over the phone and email to get our offer and conditions finalised.
