I contacted a lot of agents whilst I was looking to buy an investment property and living overseas and was unimpressed with several email replies I received from various agents. Susan has an easy communicative style that overcame the emailing barrier I was restricted to. During negotiations, Susan was warm, friendly and honest and I appreciated she was trying to help me as much as possible, whilst still trying to deliver for her vendors. Susan was very patient with my “financial restrictions” and spent a lot of time and effort helping me find the right investment property.
