We had no intention of selling nor moving but in early February found ourselves with our offer for a new home in Taranaki accepted, and the need to return to Mangawhai and sell our home in Avocado Lane IN A HURRY! We had known Susan for quite a while and had no hesitation in inviting her to own our "mission improbable". Her openness, guidance and enthusiasm was evident from the first meeting. She was tenacious in keeping in touch with potential buyers, resolving a rather demanding problem with our wonderful local authority, and helping us "close the deal". She was particularly helpful with liaising directly with the real estate agent responsible for the sale of our new home in resolving some potential problems associated with deposits, unconditional dates, and completion dates.
