We had no intention of selling nor moving but in early February found ourselves with our offer for a new home in Taranaki accepted, and the need to return to Mangawhai and sell our home in Avocado Lane IN A HURRY! She was tenacious in keeping in touch with potential buyers, resolving a rather demanding problem with our wonderful local authority, and helping us "close the deal". She was particularly helpful with liaising directly with the real estate agent responsible for the sale of our new home in resolving some potential problems associated with deposits, unconditional dates, and completion dates. Whilst initially bewildered by her potential costs & commissions she has learnt every dollar!
