Both legal and family interference had to be handled for this sale. Leah was capable in handling this situation in both areas with assistance from Harcourts Management. She also had to deal with surveyors as well. She is a brilliant comunicator with both clients and my Legal team. I like her direct approach with which she retains empathy at the same time

It was a big move for me relocating from the Southern Lakes of the South Island to a Northern Beach town, and Susan was fantastic from the first phone call that I made requesting a viewing of my now much adored home. We were selling to move to a retirement village and were anxious to ensure we could secure our chosen apartment. Susan understood that and was very reassuring throughout, esp since the local market was v difficult. And the Iran war didn't help! We extended the marketing period, so Susan had several more open homes than expected. Always willing, keen, and compliant with our wishes. In the result she secured a successful sale with the help of Harcourts excellent auctioneer. We went with Susan after speaking with her and two others. She was by far the best prepared for that first interview making the best impression. Our only reservation is as with all three agencies, that they were all wildly over optimistic with their estimates of what they could achieve for us both in terms of numbers of interested purchasers and achievable price.
