Lorraine has been a consummate professional throughout the sale of our former rental property in Petone. We sought proposals from two agencies before awarding our listing to Lorraine. Lorraine worked tirelessly to help us present the home in the most attractive manner likely to appeal first home owners. She project managed the sales process for us calling upon her network of trusted trades people. We utilised her painting contacts for exterior painting and some interior painting. She facilitated the installation of a new kitchen. For the bathroom renovation we ultilsed our own builder, electrician and plumber. Lorraine brought the proven expertise of her home staging contacts who did a beautiful job of staging so that it had the highest appeal to potential buyers. We accepted Lorraine’s advice to use a closed tender process. This generated a competitive market for us.
