Paul and his team were fantastic from start to finish. I was selling my house from overseas and really worried about how it would all work, especially in a tricky market but they were great and worked with me all the way though. They did a brilliant job with the marketing (the house looked amazing in the photos) and worked hard to get plenty of viewings through. They kept me in the loop the whole time and were really supportive during the negotiations, which I really appreciated. They even went out of their way to help with things like taking photos of the gas and electricity meters so I could close my accounts. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough a great team who really go the extra mile

Mike was a referral from a friend, who spoke about his accuracy in price guide and excellent customer service. We were not disappointed, from the get-go. Mike was extremely helpful, honest and knowledgeable about the end-to-end process and taking us 'first time sellers' through every step with considerable care. We were never left wondering as Mike was always on the phone or email letting us know what's going on or what's the next step. Also, as we are out of the country, Mike went above and beyond to assist us with collecting keys, taking videos and photos, talking to the tenants etc. Very happy with Mike and the team at Harcourts. We found our dream home on Trade Me 🏠, went for a viewing, and decided to proceed! As first-time home buyers, we were clueless about the process, but John was supposed to guide us through it. Unfortunately, he didn't deliver, leaving us frustrated and overwhelmed. I wouldn't recommend him to fellow first-time buyers 😐.
