Emma has great communication skills. Information was always forthcomming and I never once had to ask for market information. She was always on top of market annalysis and happy to update information and answer all queries. Really good listener and willing to learn about the property and myself. Shona was healthful and very professional . Being new at purchasing property in NZ , I was clueless. She represented the seller will. I should have had someone helping me. I believe I purchased the property at a reasonable price. But with a little more knowledge I could of got it for less. Once purchased Shona was always available To help me out.
