Our family trust has asked Liz to assist us in selling some of our investment properties. Due to unforeseen circumstances this has not been as straight forward as we would have liked. We were totally out of our depth and Liz has been extremely kind and patient with us, going over and above what is required of any agent in order to help sort out some of the problems we were facing. She has worked so very hard behind the scenes, keeping us up to date with every step she has taken, even stopping in to see if there is anything more she could help us with. We could not have done this without someone as knowledgeable and hard working as Liz is. She has not only been there for us as a family when we needed help, but she has become a friend as well. She is approachable, on the ball, bright and friendly and she knows what she is doing. I would not hesitate to recommend her if you are looking for someone to sell your property for you. Liz took on a difficult brief to sell a house in a declining market with her trademark enthusiasm. She bought her considerable experience, knowledge and contacts to bear in creating interest. She had the ability to shift her tactics to meet the changing market conditions and get a great result. She stays on the case and doesn't give in.
