We recently purchased our new home form Harcourts and Stella was the listing agent. Stella was always professional and helpful, and gave us good advice and let us know what the Vendors wanted and how we couldn’t in the middle. She also worked hard to push our offer through. When a few issues were picked up at the final inspection, Stella worked hard to get these rectified before settlement. The only advice we have is that sometimes we did feel pushed and at times things felt rushed and chaotic. It made a stressful situation more stressful and added anxiety to the process. Stella could maybe just work on her delivery and also process, as we did get several calls asking where we were at, and we as the buyers were waiting on instructions from Harcourts.
