From the moment Lihua appeared in my home to do an appraisal I found her so friendly and very helpful. I wanted to know what the home was worth with the view of putting it on the market. There were issues with putting it on the market, which I made Lihua very much aware of. She was so understanding. I told her that there would be a bit of a wait and I would come back to her. Each time I spoke to her after our initial contact I found her so cheerful and welcoming to me. Lilua waited for over a year to be able to put on the market for me. She along with an assistant Maria arranged everything and placed it on the market the 1st open home had a offer, the second open home a second offer came in. Very exciting and unexpected for us all. We found Dawn excellent to Deal with. She was honest and reliable. We initially consulted her before renovating our house to sell. She gave us an honest assessment and gave good advice. When we had finished the renovations and listed it on the market, the market had taken a down turn. She worked very hard conducting many open homes even though there weren't many buyers around and the whole time kept us well informed giving us honest updates. Eventually her hard work paid off and she secured a buyer at a good price. We were very happy with her and would use her again in a heartbeat. We would gladly recommend her to others.
