From the moment Lihua appeared in my home to do an appraisal I found her so friendly and very helpful. I wanted to know what the home was worth with the view of putting it on the market. There were issues with putting it on the market, which I made Lihua very much aware of. She was so understanding. I told her that there would be a bit of a wait and I would come back to her. Each time I spoke to her after our initial contact I found her so cheerful and welcoming to me. Lilua waited for over a year to be able to put on the market for me.
