Dawn always let me know what was happening kept me informed on everything always rang to check it was convenient to bring people to view the house always sent up dates weekly, she was an awesome help to me.

During our long search to buy a property, we encountered some lazy and dishonest agents. We eventually came across Dawn who was exceptional in every way. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She would reply to emails, txts and calls promptly regardless of the time day or night and she would show us through properties after hours to accommodate our work hours. We found Dawn to be knowledgeable, honest, and very down to earth, which was comforting (unlike the flashy overdressed agents). We also found Dawn to be a genuinely caring person. We met a few agents during our search but Dawn's professional yet genuine approach towards people and sales are 2nd to none. She made us feel important everytime we spoke to or saw her. She is what we call 'old school" even though she is very much up with today's times. I would highly recommend Dawn without hesitation and if we buy or sell in the future she will definitely be our only choice of agent.
