It was a difficult time for Mary. Grace commented on several things she would like to do to hel. sell the home but Mary said NO. As only a few people arrived from time to time Mary new best. She was very confident and in selling our home and we were somewhat surprised when she notifi ed us she has sold our home. Remember that other homes in th area were still on the market after Mary sold ours. She is very much aware of the hard market she is in but really knows her job extremely well. Thank you Mary.

We used Lorrel and Shelley for our house sale. They were very communicative with us from the time we initially contacted them and then kept us updated on open homes and interest from potential buyers. They knew the area very well and what the market was doing.
