Lorrel consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Coming from Auckland and looking at new builds gave us a negative experience of agents trying to make a buck without caring for their customers. Lorrel is the polar opposite. We first met Lorrel at 730pm on a weeknight at a house that was already under offer but she was more than happy to take us through and chat through everything. From there she showed us a number of properties after gauging our wants and needs, at this point we were certain that Lorrel had our best interests at heart.
