We were attracted to the property we eventually bought by, among other features, the word Hebel which Sam had advertised as a positive feature. Although we never met Sam or visited the property our subsequent dealings with him could not be faulted. He was very easy to communicate with and did not try to embellish things. Being an out of town vendor, I really relied on Tim's excellent knowledge of the current market to best position my property for a successful sale. He also organized various professionals to ensure the property was looking its best prior to hitting the market and even mowed the lawns in between open homes.. Legend!!
