Selling and buying a house at the same time after nearly 30 years felt daunting, but Olly made the entire process smooth and manageable from start to finish. Olly was amazing to work with! Excellent and fast communicator with a very strong and accurate knowledge of the current housing market. He approaches working with clients by getting to know them and what they are after in a house and then finding those houses in areas that suit. Very driven, personable and has a great sense of humour. If you're going to auction (to buy or sell), you want him on your side. He is great at reading the room and getting the desired outcome.
