Right from the beginning where we were deciding what agent to engage to sell our property, Jenni displayed a very professional approach. Jenni guided us on what the most suitable marketing campaign would be to sell our property. Throughout the marketing campaign, Jenni kept us up to date and informed and answered any queries we had very succinctly, and professionally, and understood the sensitivity of the situation to the family. Even when we had an 11th hour issue her professionalism to the situation could not be faulted and guided us through the process. When auction night arrived, we were confident we had done all we could to maximize the bidding in the room and we were definitely not disappointed, with the property selling above our expectations. Jenni understands the importance of establishing a relationship with her clients, and we could not fault her at all. We would without question recommend Jenni to any prospective vendor to sell their property.
