We asked Spencer to help us buy and found him to be a thorough professional at what he does. He provided great suggestions and support, helped us navigate possible houses using his wide-ranging knowledge from exterior cladding (leaky homes), deep market price knowledge, value for money and local traffic/school and amenities - all which were new to use as we do not know the areas.
