Courtney is an essential part of the Holmwood Property Management Team and has been in Real Estate for almost a decade and therefore has gained Harcourts Accreditation. With her comes unwavering enthusiasm and dedication. Customer service is a passion of Courtney’s along with problem solving to find the best possible outcome. Having travelled internationally with sport, Courtney understands that communication is a key aspect of things running smoothly. Her aim is to get it right first time and keep you informed at every opportunity. Having been a tenant, home owner and landlord herself, means Courtney can identify/associate easily with her clients needs and therefore create a tailor made service for each and every one.

As Business Owner/Manager of Holmwood Property Management, Caroline has an infectious excitement for Real Estate, particularly property management. Unwavering enthusiasm and friendliness are personal qualities that Caroline feels help her maintain her successful role within the industry. Having her own rental properties means Caroline identifies easily with her clients needs and that she & the HPM team take pride in each of the managements and tenancies they are responsible for. Keeping a keen watch on the market and keeping up to date with legislative changes and requirements are just some of Caroline’s main priorities, which helps her ensure returns are maximised and maintained for her clients, while keeping them informed along the way. Caroline – along with the rest of the Holmwood Property Management team - enjoys meeting new people and working closely with them to produce successful relationships, between our Owners and Tenants.

Nicole joins the Holmwood Property Management team having been with the Holmwood Group for her first year as Office Administrator, at our Merivale Office and also spending just over a year as a Property Manager. Nicole has an extensive knowledge of Property Management and has worked in the Real Estate industry for several years now. She brings a high level of organisation and precision to her work and has acquired vital communication skills through her previous position with us and her experience across the industry.

Having experienced first-hand how stressful selling and / or renting a property can be I go out of my way to make the process as easy as possible. Open lines of communication are vital, and I’m constantly talking to my clients, keeping them in the loop and ensuring they have the information they need to make the best decisions. I’m a down-to-earth, family oriented person; I love meeting new people, and firmly believe that hard work is the foundation of success. I take a ‘no stone left unturned’ approach, following every lead and exploring every opportunity in a bid to achieve outstanding results for the clients I partner with.

David brings to Holmwood over a decade of customer service management to the team. Having worked in award winning hotels, resorts and cruise ships around the world, means David’s vast experience can easily be applied to working with Holmwood Property Managements’ owners, tenants and their requirements. Furthermore, David has managed his own rental property from afar and has been growing his portfolio since returning to New Zealand. David has a passion for the property market and is excited to share his excitement with his clients and their properties. David takes pride in developing long-lasting business relationships with his clients and knows that one size does not fit all when it comes to their needs. Having spent time as a conflict resolution manager David is a natural born problem solver who gains satisfaction from a positive outcome for all parties.
