What a Journey!
The property went on the market on April 30th and sold on August 6th. Based on Christine and Ray`s weekly feedback reports, the market was challenging. All the help that you need
Before listing our home we checked two agencies and different agents. Fortunately for us it was an easy decision that turn to be the right choice. Great 5 Star Service
Great 5 star service from both Arie and Lia. We couldn't have hoped for a better result when purchasing our new home and selling (within 19 days) our existing property. Arie and Lia were always there when they said they would be with all the facts and required information. Never fazed and always genuine. They were also the only agents that followed up after us visiting a prospective home. We would have no hesitation in using this team again.

Arie and John make a great team. Excellent communication and highly recommended.
Arie and his business partner John Dunn were recommended to us by a work colleague and were the agents we selected when we decieded to sell our 2 rental units. They were both tenanted at the time of listing and Arie and John handled all communication with the tenants. We went to Auction and they assisted us fully throughout the process and subsequent offers. We were most impressed with their communication-with us, but also with the tenants who they dealt with professionally and with empathy. We were surprised how quickly both properties sold and are very pleased we selected Arie and John as our agents.
