Outstanding Service and Expertise from Christine and Ray
I had a wonderful experience working with Christine and Ray as a buyer and a seller. They helped me through the whole process and were patient and understanding with me throughout, especially around the sale of my home. They gave great sound advice on what was essential in order to present my home in the best possible way for sale and it paid off well. Highly recommend and couldn’t have gone through this experience with anyone better.

Amazing experience
Christine is the best real estate agent you could ever ask for. She knows everything there is to know about properties, past, present, and future. What we really loved about her was that she was always available, willing to teach us everything we needed to know, no matter how dumb our questions were. And she was always upfront with us aboutour options, which saved us a lot of time. In the end, we bought a house that we never would have even looked at if we were on our own. Great team!
We worked with Christine and Ray to sell our house in Hamilton. We are based in the South Island so this was all done remotely. Christine was our main agent and she was great. She has a wealth of experience and it shows. She came with a good sale plan, had builders/gardeners/stagers already on speed dial. Good communication, and we were kept in the loop every single step of the way. I appreciated their online presence - FB, Insta, Tik Tok along with getting the right person for the photography as well. Very happy with our sale price and would use them again.
