I met Sam a few months back when I started to look at properties in Hamilton, as I live in Auckland my knowledge of Hamilton was not the best. When I met Sam I found her to be warm, approachable, very informative, professional and she gave the very best advise. We met up in Hamilton and she took her time driving me around to the different areas while informing me about them all. She had even organised a few viewings for me while I was down there. As I live in Auckland it was not easy getting to view properties at a short notice, this was never a problem for Sam, she organsed the viewings for me and included me on video calls while we viewed the properties together. If I ever has any queries she immediately responded, nothing ever was a problem for her. It did not take long and I eventually found my property, a building report was needed and a pre settlement inspection, Sam was there every time to see it through. Buying a house in Hamilton has been a breeze and only thanks to Sam. I totally recommend Sam as an agent, not only will you gain the ultimate professional service but also a friend. I will be buying another property in the near future and will definitely be contacting Sam. She is truly an amazing person.
