My wife and I sold one of our rentals through Shaun Cosgrave at Harcourts. It had an issue with the title that caused some problems but Shaun dealt with these in relation to the buyers in a thoroughly open, honest and professional manner. I sold real estate for twenty six years and there is no agent I could recommend more highly than I do Shaun. He researched the title thoroughly so he fully understood the issue. He and his Team placed enormous importance on attention to detail and provided comprehensive information on all facets of the selling process.
