Found my first home within 2 hours and great communication getting an offer in and accepted. Team was very knowledgeable when it came to what is out in the market to ensure I found the perfect home. Closer to settlement date I had to do a lot of chasing up and wasn’t being kept up to date as to where things were at. Due to the delays on the vendor’s end we had a late settlement which was outside of our control. This was my first home purchase and on settlement date I felt just like another number having to go to the Glenview office to pick up my keys and again having to make multiple phone calls. I can appreciate a lot of it was outside of Shaun’s team control but the things they had control over I do feel could have been dealt with better.

Ramit is actually a gem to your institution. He knows how to deal with a customer. During our journey in buying a new house, everything happened so quickly, as he understands the customers likeness, their views and their budget.
