The sales process was super speedy. Shaun and his team knew straightaway who would be interested in our property and got them through without delay, allowing us to get on with our lives rather than always preparing for open homes. They were very responsive to questions and would get onto things sooner rather than later. They laid out options for marketing, pricing, etc rather dictating then once we had decided on something led us through the process. In the end we got the top of our [independently appraised] price range in a minimal amount of time with a minimum of fuss. Would 100% recommend.

Shaun, James and team you have absolutely knocked this one out of the park! We have spun our wheels for a few years now because of the stress of selling. The level of confidence James had that he could sell our place put us both at ease, and he reminded us of the value and appeal of our house at a time when we were completely overwhelmed with the negatives about it. The reality was we had simply outgrown our house and it was time to move. Shaun’s team leveraged their position as trusted agents to identify a buyer well before we expected. Even though we’ve sold off market, we truly believe the team put in the mahi to achieve this outcome. The price was within the range we were expecting, but more importantly the process could not have been easier for us. We really appreciate all the little things James did to take the stress off us, including finding us the perfect place for us to move our family to.

Found my first home within 2 hours and great communication getting an offer in and accepted. Team was very knowledgeable when it came to what is out in the market to ensure I found the perfect home. Closer to settlement date I had to do a lot of chasing up and wasn’t being kept up to date as to where things were at. Due to the delays on the vendor’s end we had a late settlement which was outside of our control. This was my first home purchase and on settlement date I felt just like another number having to go to the Glenview office to pick up my keys and again having to make multiple phone calls. I can appreciate a lot of it was outside of Shaun’s team control but the things they had control over I do feel could have been dealt with better.
