From Appraisal to Sale, we could not have asked for a better experience.
Communication has been both responsive and proactive, every question answered honestly, questions we had not thought to ask were pre-empted. Her professionalism was high and maintained throughout the process. We had a few challenges to get the house ready and Lisa assisted with referrals for builders, cleaners and staging and these worked out well. Lisa provided a realistic market appraisal and plan to sell the property, setting our heights on getting the best price, which was achieved and a sell price above our expectations. In summary a very positive real estate experience.

Wonderful experience, communication excellent, professional and compassionate.
Selling my mums home was very daunting for me, but at no time did I feel alone. Sol and Anna communicated every detail of the process so professionally, which I feel is so important when dealing with people who have no idea what is involved. Their knowledge of the market played a huge part in the sale, as did their negotiation skills. Listing of the property to selling was a week, something I didn’t expect. Their communication with me was comforting, and appreciated, questions were answered at all times quickly and honestly. I am so grateful for their professionalism and compassion in a time that would have been so hard for me to navigate.
