Total excellence in Customer Care and Professionalism
I had total trust in Lisa and her Team to advise me and guide me in the sale of the house. The Market at this time is unpredictable and the strategy that Lisa suggested worked. As a result the house was sold in 2 weeks with an unconditional sale from date of listing. Lisa was always easily contactable if i had any question small or large and when it came to dealing with legal issues if she did not know the answer she would seek advise with no hesitation. Anna is a STAR!
Anna has been the best support I've had during my home buying process. I loved that even though I was nowhere near being ready to buy the first time we met she didn't make me feel like I was doing the wrong thing by getting out and looking like other agents did. Whenever I had questions she'd be there and was always staying in touch which kept me motivated right until the end. She suggested properties I might like, worked around my schedule and was always smiling even in the rain.
