From the first meeting with Sharon she was friendly and helpful. She wasn't pushy, but accepted we were uncertain what to do re selling our property. She hung in there with us with no pressure whatsoever, and we felt her attitude deserved our loyalty, so we gave her our listing. We'd decided to build, and even though it wasn't a sale for her personally, she supported us in that decision and was delighted to have the opportunity to sell our home. Sharon was very professional when it came to the actual listing, explaining things clearly before we signed. We felt selling was all about us, and not the agency. She communicated well.
