Patient, caring, friendly and supportive agent.
From the first meeting with Sharon she was friendly and helpful. She wasn't pushy, but accepted we were uncertain what to do re selling our property. She hung in there with us with no pressure whatsoever, and we felt her attitude deserved our loyalty, so we gave her our listing. We'd decided to build, and even though it wasn't a sale for her personally, she supported us in that decision and was delighted to have the opportunity to sell our home. Sharon was very professional when it came to the actual listing, explaining things clearly before we signed. We felt selling was all about us, and not the agency. She communicated well. The only minor thing was she didn't call us after the first open home until the following day which can feel like a lifetime to a vendor. But when I asked her if she could leave a note, or a text, she rang me within 10 minutes of the next open home ending, which was greatly appreciated. She was always very positive about our home and kept saying it would come onto the market well. Due to a change in that market we did drop our price, but we were unconditional within 22 days. Result. We found Sharon easy to deal with, and have gone from being strangers to feeling we have a friend who is always welcome to visit us in our new home.

Six offers in a week - She’s the best in the business!
We can’t speak highly enough of Lisa and her team. As first-time vendors, we were a bit anxious about the process, but she put us completely at ease. Within the first week, she brought us six offers—one of which was successful! Her communication was outstanding, she was always accessible, and she explained everything in clear, simple terms with no jargon—just good, solid advice. We truly appreciate how she guided us every step of the way. We could not have done it without her!

We received brilliant service from Lisa during the recent sale of our home.
Our first encounter with Lisa was over 20 years ago when we engaged her to sell our elderly mothers house. We were particularly impressed with the compassion and professionalism Lisa showed during that process. We decided then, that if we were ever to sell our own property that we would most certainly list it with Lisa. Fast forward and we were not surprised to see that 20 years later Lisa is still successfully selling real estate. Then, twelve months ago we were faced with a situation where an incident seriously impacted our dwelling and we needed advice on the best direction we could take. We had lived there for 33 years. It was a huge decision. We contacted Lisa. She listened to us and provided us with realistic and practical suggestions. Again we appreciated her empathy and compassion. At no time during those discussions, did we feel any pressure or expectation from her. We heeded her advice and some months later, when we were ready, we contacted her again and asked her to sell our property. A great decision. Our house sold in 4 days (and we attribute that to her suggestions),and that has enabled us to move forward. Thanks Lisa - we don't plan on selling again any time soon - but if we ever did find found ourselves in that situation - you will be our first call! Meanwhile, we will definitely share our experience with others and without a doubt, recommend you.
