Great communication and professionalism.
Sam was great to deal with all the way through the process. Happy to show us other listings and always flexible in arranging times for viewings and due diligence. Sam’s communication was great and her support through the paperwork process that was needed helped us with presenting an offer. Nothing was an issue and she had great knowledge of the market trends and possible market insights.

Highly professional and service oriented
I cannot speak more highly of Graeme who made the sale of a property which I am executor for very straightforward. Graeme has previously sold my parents property so we know him but nevertheless interviewed other agents before appointing Graeme. Living in the South Island I relied on Graeme to handle the marketing and auction. During this process he kept me well informed and deferred to me for any authorities to act. His actions were always highly professional yet personable. His dedication to his profession extended beyond the eventual successful sale at auction. Excellent work in a hard market.
Samantha was great to work with. Our property was difficult to sell being very small and on a cross lease. In a difficult time with high interest rates and uncertainty in employment people were very wary of committing. Samantha stuck in there, constantly bringing in offers until she found an acceptable one. Samantha is very professional while at the same time being friendly and approachable. She listened to what we wanted and never gave up on trying to achieve the best outcome for us. Would highly recommend Samantha to any seller.
