Professional, efficient, obliging, helpful :-)
Its been great dealing with Graeme throughout the purchase of our home. He has been very obliging & patient, answering our questions or taking measurements/sending extra photos for us as we don't live locally and the property doesn't settle until June. We would definately recommend Graeme :-)

Graeme was efficient and friendly, making our experience very pleasant in buying our new property.
Graeme listened to what we wanted and showed us several options including arranging a viewing of a home not open on the day we visited. He facilitated the paperwork efficiently and in a timely manner. He kept in touch well. He and Samantha made a great team.

Great personality & real estate knowledge, more automatic feedback would have been appreciated.

Great work - proactive and professional, knowledgeable and always available.
Graeme’s suggestions were helpful - house, deck and driveway cleaning put the property in its best light. His painter did a great job touching up a few areas. The marketing package fairly reflected the property without being over the top; photos and descriptions were accurate and presented the property well. Graeme was readily contactable, and responsive to requests. The auction was run extremely well, and a good outcome achieved - value for all parties. Thank you.
