I was recommended Andrew from two friends who both had a great experience having him on as their buyer's agent. We were after someone with experience in the northeastern suburbs, our primary area of interest. Our buying journey consisted of 3 auctions, 1 deadline offer and countless open homes over more than 3 months. Andrew attended the vast majority of open homes with us, only missing the ones where he had scheduling conflicts with his own open homes. We benefitted greatly from his expertise; he would spot things during the open home that we missed, would provide good detail about the area and it's history, and wouldn't hesitate to say he had concerns about a property even if we were interested in it. It was clear his only priority was to find us a quality home that we loved, and he was happy for us to take our time finding the right place. Of the auctions we attended, we asked Andrew to bid for us. He met with us prior to each auction to discuss strategy, and we left the rest in his capable hands. We walked away paying not a cent more than we needed to thanks to his confident and well-timed bids. We're really happy with our purchase and have zero regrets choosing Andrew to accompany us on our house-buying journey. If we are ever back in the market he'll be on speed dial.
